Is hair included in the price?
Hair is not included unless your selected service specifically says it is. You can bring your own hair or ask about purchasing it from the salon. Contact us before your appointment so Raymah can confirm the right type, quantity, and price.
Are the prices shown the final prices?
The prices match the booking options. Additional charges may apply for extra length, density, bundles, or custom designs. Check the details for your selected service, and contact us for a quote if you have a specific look in mind.
Is a deposit required?
If your selected service requires a deposit, the booking screen will show the amount before you confirm. The deposit is applied toward your service total and is non-refundable. Free consultations do not require a deposit.
Can I reschedule my appointment?
Yes. Please give at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. Contact us as soon as you need to make a change. Deposits are non-refundable.
How should I prepare my hair?
Please arrive with clean, fully detangled hair and avoid heavy oils or styling products, unless you have arranged a Wash & Dry service. If you are unsure how to prepare for your style, contact us before your appointment.
Do you offer services for children?
Yes, we offer Kids Box Braids. Contact us if you need help choosing a suitable style for your child.
Are your braids tight or painful?
We focus on gentle protective styling and your comfort. Braids should feel secure without unnecessary pulling or excessive tension. Please tell Raymah right away if anything feels uncomfortable during your appointment.
How long will my appointment take?
Appointment times depend on the style, size, length, and density of your hair. Estimated durations are listed beside each service in Services & Pricing and in the booking menu.
What if I’m unsure which service to book?
Book a free consultation, or text us clear photos of your current hair and the style you would like. We can help you choose the right service before you book.
